About the event
To The Registrar of the European Court of Human Rights,
I Anne Agius (Gelicrisio), hereby declare that I am representing myself in the Family Law Courts of our jurisdiction of Malta, which is not yet applied (nor any notices received to suggest otherwise);;; and that there has never been the involvement of a social worker.
Furthermore, the marriage to my husband Mr Bradley Agius (of Maltese ID. 541489M; D.O.B, 17/11/1989), is legally binding and still intact, as I have been denied the opportunity to represent myself and access documents held in the archives of the Family Courts of Malta; and therefore, I am held back from initiating action to file for divorce on irreconcilable differences, and also apply for four years back payment of Spousal Maintenance, under section 72FLA of Malta – my husband is deemed liable, given his capacity to pay in accordance to the relevant act.
As a result of violations to my Human Rights that I documented on a new application faxed (and posted) to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg cedex (dated Monday 15th October, 2018), I have decided that it would make perfect sense to postpone/adjourn any applications to the Family Courts of Malta for the matter against my husband, mentioned above, until such time the European Court of Human Rights have given their verdict.
This is my first follow up to the European Court of Human Rights for the above mentioned, as I have not yet received confirmation of receipt of my new application dated 15th October, 2018; other than fax transmission (attached, 3 pages…).
Thank you, for your time and I look forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Anne Agius (Gelicrisio); Maltese ID 225213L.
